About IAmModerator
The internet belongs to everyone, and everyone can help keep it safer. IAmModerator gives people a shared place to raise concerns about online content, have those concerns reviewed by other people, and get pointed to the platform channel that can actually act.
What we are
- · A public record of community concerns about online content.
- · A review layer where members vote on what should happen.
- · A directory of official reporting channels for major platforms.
- · A tracker for what platforms did — or didn't — do next.
What we are not
- · We do not block, remove or age-rate content anywhere.
- · We do not decide what is legal — courts and regulators do that.
- · We are not a substitute for law enforcement in emergencies.
- · Reports are community claims, never proof of wrongdoing.
Reputation, not popularity
Reporters build reputation when their reports hold up under review and platforms act on them. Reviewers build reputation for consistent, thoughtful judgement. Misuse costs reputation and can end in suspension.
